Three Tasks Punishable Offenses: Executive Order in India.
Three Tasks Punishable Offenses: Executive Order in India.
The Indian Central Ministry has issued an ordinance or executive order on Wednesday declaring the three divorced traditions as a punishable offense in Muslim society.
According to this law, Muslim men have three years of imprisonment and financial penalties if they divorce divorce by pronouncing divorce. The divorced wife also has the right to receive maintenance.
In a historic verdict in August last year, the Supreme Court of India declared the three divorces as illegal and unconstitutional. But in the matter of legislation, they gave up the government's decision to leave them.
After this punishment was punished, the BJP government in the center brought a bill entitled 'The Muslim Women's Protection of Rights in Marriage Act', which is commonly known as 'Three Talk Bill'.
In December last year, the bill passed in the lower house of the Indian parliament, but in opposition to the opposition in the Rajya Sabha.
Many opposition leaders argue that the bill should be sent to a parliamentary select committee to look into it properly.

With the passage of the bill, the government has now turned it into a law through Ordinance. The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday morning.
Indian Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad then attacked the opposition Congress and said, "A woman (Sonia Gandhi) is the supreme leader of their party, despite the fact that she did not agree to stop this barbaric practice by law in Parliament for mere vote bank politics, that is surprising and sad."
But the law of punishment in the Ordinance brought to this day was somewhat relaxed compared to the bill introduced in parliament.
Anyone can complain that the original bill has three divorces, even the neighbors can bring it. In Ordinance, it is said that only the relatives of the divorced wife and her blood relatives can complain.
Even if the three divorced husbands have agreed to resolve the dispute, then the wife will have the opportunity to withdraw the complaint, in Ordinance.
There was no chance of getting bail before the accused husband. But the Ordinance says, after hearing the divorce case, the judicial magistrate can grant bail to the accused.
The Congress had earlier told the government that they agreed to support the bill in parliament - if it is given that the government is responsible for the financial support of her husband, then if a husband is jailed for three reasons for divorce.
The BJP government at the center did not accept the proposal. But in support of Bill, they claim that most of the state government has got support.
Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad also said that the government has taken this step only to ensure the basic human rights of Muslim women of India.
In his words, "This decision is absolutely correct to ensure gender justice (for all sex), there is no relation between religion or vote politics."
Earlier, a number of Muslim women of India had resorted to the Supreme Court demanding to ban three divorces at once.
Their statement was that, not only by pronouncing the divorce three times but many times the divorce is going on by sending phone calls, WhatsApp or SMS - and it is extremely distressing that these women who have been separated from divorce.
But even after the Supreme Court declared this practice unconstitutional, such 'instant' or immediate divorce could not be completely closed.
Even after the verdict came in August, at least seventy such incidents were reported in different parts of India.
